What are the COD charges? How are they charged?

COD charges are appilied on the cash on delivery shipments and collected at the time of delivery.

The COD charges in ShipKaro are charges according to price mentioned in the ShipKaro Rate Card. If the COD charges of the shipment is more than the mentioned charges in rate card, then 2% of the invoice value will be applied as COD charges.
